Scientists tell us that everything is made up of ‘energy’, eg: light, heat, sound, colour, electricity, thought waves and physical objects all have their own ‘frequencies’. Mountains, forests, cities, buildings, animals, birds, and people have their own electromagnetic energy fields moving around and through them, and all these ‘fields’ vibrate at varying frequencies. A boulder in the field, being large and heavy, will have an energy field which is denser and slower than a shell on a beach. Crystals all have their own different energy fields, and so do we. Ours vary a lot, if we are unwell or unhappy, our ‘field’ can be depleted or discoloured. These fields of light and colour are called ‘auras’, and reflect who we are.
The auras of crystals are bright and beautiful, and have a very high frequency, so when a crystal [and its energy field] is put or carried within the lower frequency aura of someone who is not well, or stressed, or needs protection, the high frequency immediately begins to alter the low frequency in the aura of the person!
That is why people wear crystals as jewellery, or carry them around , – or put them under their pillow at night. We cannot rely on crystals to change us if we are unwilling to change ourselves, but if we are, a crystal’s energy field can certainly help us wonderfully well! Their energies transform a dark heavy frequency to one of brilliant light and colour.
Experiment Two:
You can feel the energies of a crystal with a little patience. Place yours on a table and hold your
hand palm down above it, about five centimetres away.
After a while, you should feel either a tingle/tickle or some heat or cold. Then gaze at it from a short distance looking for the energy field. Mostly people notice a thin line all around the crystal about 10 mm away, some see what looks like ‘smoke’ or a shimmer rising from it, others even see colours. What can you feel and see?
